On 26 February 1991, the production of Tarczyński cold cuts was officially launched, being the beginning of the road to building a strong, family-owned enterprise. After 30 years, our brand’s product portfolio consists of high-quality cold cuts, kabanos sausages, sausages and protein snacks distributed to 30 countries around the world located on 3 continents.

Onboarding program (introduction/adaptation)

We strongly support our employees from the very first day, with our framework adaptation program. Every area and position at the company has a tailored onboarding program.

During the program you will learn:

  • organization’s strategy, mission, vision and goals that are set for it,
  • organizational structure
  • rules for moving around the plant,
  • food/meat industry standards,
  • in-company procedures,
  • detailed scope of duties at your workplace,

Internship program
We conduct 12-month paid work experience programs, after which you can pursue your goals in team management or expand your knowledge in a more specialized area.

We organize programs in the following areas:

  1. Technology Dept. (preferred candidates – Food Technology or Commodity Science graduates)
  2. Production Dept. (preferred candidates – graduates of Management, Production Engineering or related subjects)
